Providing tax planning and compliance services, including identifying tax opportunities and risks, recommending tax strategies, and estimating tax liabilities
Providing guidance to clients on cross-border tax issues.
Maintaining knowledge of current US tax laws, regulations, and procedures, as well as cross-border tax issues and basic knowledge of Indian income tax
Communicating tax updates and changes to clients and team members.
Interact with client personnel regarding tax return information, deadlines, etc., and keep the team informed on the status.
Look for opportunities to provide value-added services to clients.
Requirements
Requirements
CPA or equivalent (such as Chartered Accountant, or ACCA) with at least 2 years of experience in US taxation and cross-border advisory
Experience in reviewing and preparing federal and state tax returns, including corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns
Fluency in speaking English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Must be able to learn any new tax and accounting software.
