Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives.
  
• Provide administrative support by drafting letters, emails, and reports as needed.
  
• Handle travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in personal assistance in hospitals are highly preferred.
  
• Proficiency in calendar management software (e.g. Google Calendar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to draft professional correspondence.
