Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to patients in ICU/ICCU settings, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and communicate effectively with families about patient status updates.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Critical Care Unit (CCU).
  
• B.Sc degree in Biology or B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols related to critical care medicine.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
