Support Associate (Night Shifts- remote work)

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Hardware Management:
• Arrange hardware for all new and existing customers for representatives.
• Customer Communication:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, including escalations, new line activations, upgrades, contract inquiries, and port-ins.
• Activations:
• Process all types of activations, including new accounts (NACs), hardware upgrades, buyer's preferences, and DOAs.
• Sales and Orders:
• Close sales orders and manage requisition (RQ) transfers.
• Billing:
• Manage billing for all types of activations, including NACs, upgrades, and non-recurring charges (NRCs).
• BSS Activities:
• Maintain customer accounts, manage billing and payments, and generate reports.
• Request BSS access for all customer accounts to include them under the BSS profile.
• BSG Coordination:
• Communicate with BSG regarding account information or port-ins.
• Handle escalations by emailing BSG.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate
• Fluent In English
• Work in Night shifts
• Canadian process experience
