Job Description
- Hiring and onboarding a new scrum team with the focus on Gen Ai and Agentic AI deliverables
- Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc)
- Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.
- Implement software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
- Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing
- 9 - 11+ overall exp. and 3+years of experience working directly on the design, development and rollout of AI/ML/GenAi Solutions
- Strong working experience with JavaScript (server side) is required
- Proven experience in developing highly scalable enterprise applications
- Proven experience in developing AI-driven enterprise features
- Working experience developing applications with Relational Databases (MySQL, MariaDB etc)
- Working experience with LLMs and prompt engineering is a big plus
- Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar is a plus
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and a passion for learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
