Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions.

- Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools.

- Provide technical support to end-users.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in IT Service Management.

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.

- Experience with ServiceNow configuration and administration.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports.
