Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities 1. Inventory Management

• Manage stock inward/outward

entries in Zoho and brand-specific software.

• Handle SKU labelling, discount

tagging, and stock coding.

• Supervise quality control (QC)

processes and maintain QC rejection records. 3. Accounting

• Ensure timely monthly accounting

and compliance with GST/TDS filings.

• Maintain financial records and

manage Zoho Books accounting software. 4. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Onboard vendors, process

payments, and handle reimbursement requests.

• Create customer invoices and

manage payment collections. 5. Agreement Management

• Draft, manage, and store

brand/vendor agreements.

• Handle e-Mudra digital

signatures and ensure agreement compliance. 6. Event and Exhibition Support

• Prepare stock and asset

checklists for events and exhibitions.

• Coordinate transport, setup, and

return of event materials.

• Generate detailed sales

statements and customer invoices post-event. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in commerce,

Business Administration, or related field.

• Advanced proficiency in

Microsoft Excel required.

• Comfortable in using tools like

Zoho Books and inventory management software.

• Strong understanding of

accounting principles and tax filings (GST/TDS).

• Excellent organizational skills

and attention to detail.
