Job Title: Operations Executive Secure Bullion

Reports To: HOD: Secure Bullion
This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in bullion logistics operations.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Experience Required:
Candidates with prior experience are preferred, particularly in the logistics or supply chain
industries, which will be considered an added advantage. Exposure to roles involving inventory
management, reporting, and operational coordination is highly desirable.
Job Description
Role Summary:
The Operations Executive will oversee and manage the flow of stock and delivery processes in the
bullion logistics sector. This role involves handling validating stock data, creating reports, and
ensuring seamless communication between the branch team and stakeholders. The candidate must
possess strong analytical and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain
high accuracy in data management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management & Reporting:
• Validation of the stock reports sent by the team and highlight abnormalities, if any.
• Maintain and update stock and deliveries in the stock report
• Prepare and share daily stock reports and Management Information Systems (MIS) with the
respective stakeholders.
• Create reports and dashboards using Excel for tracking and analysis.
2. Operational Coordination:
• Approve stock movement and delivery requests as soon as initiated by the branch teams via
email.
• Communicate stock movement to the relevant stakeholders via email and update the same in the
stock report.
3. Audit & Quality Assurance:
• Regularly audit stock reports and flag any discrepancies or anomalies to top management.
4. Communication & Collaboration:
• Act as a liaison between the branch team and management to ensure smooth operations and
timely execution of tasks.
5. Ethics & Discipline:
• Demonstrate strong work ethics, discipline, and the ability to meet strict deadlines consistently.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Business
Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience (logistics, inventory management or supply chain management will be an
added advantage)
• Proficiency in handling reports, tracker, MIS, and dashboards.
3. Technical Skills:
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation)
• Familiarity with inventory management and reporting tools.
• Email management and communication.
4. Soft Skills:
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
5. Behavioural Traits:
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• High level of integrity and accountability.
