Operation Sector Managers

* Oversee and manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

* Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to maintain service standards.

* Lead and motivate a team of operational staff, providing direction and support.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

* Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

* Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Candidate profile

* Bachelors or Postgraduate degree.

* Fluent in English and Hindi.

* Basic computer literacy.

* Must have own conveyance.

* Resident of Delhi, NCR.

* Preference will be given to candidates with experience in facility management or security guarding services.

Exp : More than 5 years experience in Security operation
