Key Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Management of Identified accounts by a dedicated support resource to improve service levels, proactive customer communication, increase wallet share and ensure consistent revenue growth across products ( Customer Retention)
2. Creation of Customer Development Plan- mapping their Supply Chain and sharing it with the all the stakeholders (Zonal/Regional Head, OPS, Pricing Team )
3. Understanding the logistics plan for the customer to design solutions and capacity planning
4. Provide market intelligence to the procurement team to develop solutions facilitating better conversions.
5. Generate new enquiries from designated customers ensuring time bound reverts including cross selling
6. Post confirmation of the business submission of export related documents to OPS team for export related formalities
7. Coordination with the customer ,their service provider & SAR OPS Team to facilitate seamless execution
8. Seek necessary approvals from shipper on various export formalities
9. Proactively share shipment level information & monitor the shipment till the scope of work assigned to SAR
10. Invoice submission ,Follow up for payment and enhancement of credit limit for the customer.
11. Predict escalations & involve Senior Management team for dispute resolution
12. Conduct Monthly/Quarterly Business review meetings on the agreed KPIs
13. Event Management -Coordination with Marketing team
14. Facilitating Customer Giveaways
