We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join the Beegru team. This role involves driving new business growth, managing property onboarding, and establishing strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and business acumen and be able to leverage their knowledge of Bangalores real estate landscape to identify new opportunities and enhance client engagement. You will play a pivotal role in our growth by meeting sales targets, identifying market trends, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive new business development through lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Onboard new properties and ensure all details are accurately captured in the system.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed targets while maintaining quality service.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and new potential clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement strategies that support business growth.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth property onboarding and client integration.
  • Provide clients with expert advice and tailored property solutions
  • Follow up with clients to ensure all needs are met and to gather feedback.
  • Represent Beegru at local events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand presence
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients, sales, and leads in CRM systems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings

Qualifications:


  • Strong business development and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Bangalores localities, neighbourhoods, and real estate trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Open AI and CRM software
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
