Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales orders, contracts, and invoices.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer accounts, and reports.
• Handle correspondence, inquiries, and follow-ups with clients.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
• Coordinate sales team calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
• Act as a point of contact between sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues and providing solutions.
• Follow up on leads and assist with upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and propose improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

● Previous experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer service is an asset.

● Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

● Proactive and detail-oriented.
