Job Description

Role & responsibilities

● Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs in the US and Europe markets

  • Proactively identify and target potential clients through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, etc.).
  • Generate and qualify outbound leads, creating and managing a pipeline of prospects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target companies.
  • Manage and nurture inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals. ● Qualify, respond to, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
  • Develop long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to potential clients.
  • Customize pitches and proposals to address the unique needs of clients in the US and Europe markets.
  • Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalizations with clients.
  • Ensure successful deal closure by overcoming objections and building trust with prospects.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on market strategies and client needs.
  • Provide market feedback to influence product development, features, and marketing initiatives. ● Track and report on sales activities, pipeline performance, and revenue targets for the US and Europe markets.
  • Use CRM tools to manage lead data, track follow-ups, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to improve performance, identify trends, and develop strategies for increasing sales conversions.

Experience & Skills:

● Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.

● 1+ years of business development or sales experience with a focus on the US and/or Europe markets.

● Proven track record of success in both inbound and outbound lead generation and sales conversion.

● Experience in managing and closing high-value deals, preferably in [insert specific industry].

● Strong understanding of business practices, market dynamics, and customer needs in the US and Europe.

● Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers.

● Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and adapt strategies accordingly. ● Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams
