JD is as follows:

Role & responsibilities

• Device inventory management. 2. Vendor management and invoicing 3. Trainer travel and stay booking
• Aggregate third-party partners for venues and travel
• Audit facilities and food at training and stay venues
• Book training venue as per schedule
• Process invoices by venues, trainers and travel desk on time
• Consolidate monthly delivery details, venue and catering details and submit to Program manager for sign off
• Raise consolidated invoices to customer on customer Ops system
  Clarify any queries related to invoices
• Ensure all training devices are charged and ready and safe at designated inventory/ storage
• Maintain SOW of devices with all core and shared trainers, including new devices
• Dispatch of training kits to trainers
  Insurance of training kits and renewals

Details:

• Location: Gurgaon Sec 32
• Work mode: Onsite
• Working days-Mon to Sat
• Timings-General 9.am To 6.pm
• Start Date-2 Jan2025

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Education: Technology education preferred, if the person has worked with a tech company, even better
3. should be well versed with MS Excel, PPT, data analysis, reporting & dashboard creations and should be having excellent communication skills

Duration: 6 months (Extendable)

Shift time: General
