Brief about the Team
Tata 1mg's Corporate Health & Wellness team, under primary responsibility, is to serve as the key point of contact for existing corporate clients, taking charge of their health and wellness programs and client relationships, driving growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of health and wellness solutions for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Procurement Requests:
- Oversee and process B2B medicine procurement requests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to client requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve challenges and ensure a seamless procurement process.
2. Project Management and Implementation:
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement scalable solutions to ensure successful completion.
3. Automation and Efficiency:
- Identify opportunities for process automation to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Leverage data and technology to drive innovation in procurement workflows and dashboard creation.
4. Data and Metrics Tracking:
- Design, track, and manage key performance metrics and dashboards to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports to provide insights into procurement performance and identify improvement opportunities.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain effective communication and support project coordination.
- Partner with key stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives and client expectations.
6. Leadership and Problem Solving:
- Lead and manage a team effectively, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. - Structure complex problems, implement scalable solutions, and drive resolution with strong problem-solving skills.
7. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
Support the implementation of SOPs and best practices to standardize procurement and project management processes.
