Location: Bangalore

Juniper Network s Technical Assistance Center (JTAC) is a team of highly experienced engineers who provides focused technical support to customers on Juniper products.

This position is for Advance TAC team and will provide level 3 (L3) product escalation support for routing platforms from different products series like M, T, Mx, ACX and PTX. This is an individual contributor role. There will be weekend and holiday coverage as per roster.
