Senior Specialist P2P

The Sr. Specialist Procure to Pay is responsible for supporting all aspects of the procure to pay process within Global Competency Center (GCC) and the countries being supported. This includes Transaction Procurement, Invoice processing, Invoice exceptions handling, systems support, intercompany transactions, Query handling and invoice life cycle Management. This role is expected to be a subject matter expert for the P2P process.

• Act as a technical and operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) for P2P policy, processes, and systems.
• Manage controls and/or segregation of duties in all P2P processes and Systems.
• Support P2P audits for all in-scope Businesses
• Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with Business Users, Business Partners and 3rd party Suppliers
• Relationships any other stakeholders who support the P2P process and systems.
• Supports queries for items relating to P2P process
• Actively participate in service calls between GCC and Business (In country)
• Coordinate with local entity, to provide seamless service
• Act as escalation point for any unresolved inquiries/ disputes for assigned scope of responsibilities
• Responsible for integrity of P2P system, interfaces, and data contained within.
• Support continuous improvement of services in quality and effectiveness in close collaboration with line manager and peer colleagues, isolates problem trends and ensures that troubleshooting efforts are completed for recurring problems until permanent solutions are found
• Champion in customer service attitude enabling a highly collaborative environment towards internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance +8 years of financial experience for a major company or division of a large corporation.
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Top BPO working experience desirable
• Previous experience in procure to pay or accounts payable preferred, worked for European countries
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in SAP and other Invoicing systems (VIM, ARIBA etc)
• Strong process design experience with demonstrated ability to organize high volume and complexity of activities into streamlined process
• Strong communicator with good people skills and leadership exposure
• Moderate knowledge of BI tools (Alteryx, QuickSense) and AI Tools (Automation Anywhere, UiPath) will be added advantage
