Job Description

The business needs are analyzed and converted into functional and/or technical specifications

A great User Interface (UI)/ User eXperience (UX) is provided by working closely with the business partners or UX/UI experts

Software, creating business value, is developed and maintained :

Complex testings and debugging are led

The softwares are maintained and improved

Hardly any pros in this company after joining except office location

Dislikes

I am working here from last 2 years and every now and then faces management politics. Management makes some employees as favourites and then they listen only to those employees regardless of how bad that favourite employee is performing. Sometimes I regret joining this company as there is hardly any value of performance.
