Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Recruiter to join our team in the UAE. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the UAE job market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals. • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles. • Administer relevant tests or assignments to assess technical skills and competencies. • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide constructive feedback. • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics, business goals, and staffing requirements. • Provide guidance on best practices in recruitment and advise on market trends. Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM shift

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Recruiter in the UAE and Gulf Region, with a strong understanding of the local job

• market.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of Niche Technology in current market trends

• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.

• Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
