Job Description

Position:

SRA (Investor Relations) will be responsible for supporting the Investor Relations team and managing relations with investors in the debt market and building market intelligence.

We are looking for professionals with a minimum of 4 to 8 years experience in a role involving investor interaction, who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well reliable analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Touchbase, build & grow relationship with investors of Indian Debt market across Mutual Funds, Insurers, Banks, Corporates, AIFs, etc.

- Co-ordinate with teams for managing outreach & presentation to investors

- Utilize excel to manage data related to contacts, investor meetings to analyze trends for the team.

- Monitor and track investment flows in the debt market and stay updated with market trends and latest developments.

- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for the team from discussions with investors and internal stakeholders.

- Conduct analysis of usage of ratings by investors, regularly track the market to remain updated about the same.

- Execute projects to solve ad-hoc requests from investors. Implement processes for delivery of periodic tasks.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Analytical mindset with logical reasoning skills. Ability to interpret data, identify trends and draw meaningful insights.

- Knowledge of financial markets, investment products and industry trends, particularly within the debt market

- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to create impactful PowerPoint presentations.

- A good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn.

- Willing to take feedback and adopt it in their work.
