Manager- Credit Ratings - Mid Corporate Group - 3+ years - Mumbai/Chennai/Gurgaon

A professional with 3+ years of full-time experience in Mid Corporate Rating is what we're seeking for. One who has performed credit rating, credit risk analysis, which includes market and industry research as well as financial analysis of several Mid-Sized Corporations

Location- Gurugram/Mumbai/Chennai

Responsibilities:

- Analyze Companys financial performance which include Past financial and business performance & Benchmark these against peers' performance.

- Undertake rigorous credit risk analysis encompassing industry/business research and financial analysis of various Mid sized Corporates.

- Assign Ratings and prepare reports that cogently capture the rationale behind the rating and making credit rating recommendation to the Rating Committee.

- Discuss with the key management personnel of the corporates being rated to understand their strategy and business model.

- Make presentations to the Rating Committee and respond to the questions/provide clarifications in support of the rating recommendation.

- Managing of a small team of Analysts/Senior Rating Analysts and ensure quality and regulatory compliance of the team.

Requirements:

- MBA/CA would be preferred.

- 3-8 Years of experience in credit rating of Mid Corporate Group.

- Should be capable of multi-tasking and handling projects with deadlines.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Hands-on experience in detailed financial modelling and in-depth credit analysis and credit research.
