Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - HC with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Accounts Receivables or Provider domains. This role requires working from the office during night shifts. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

Manage and process healthcare claims efficiently to ensure timely resolution.

Utilize MS Excel to analyze and report data accurately.

Handle accounts receivables tasks ensuring all payments are tracked and recorded correctly.

Communicate effectively with providers to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Ensure all documentation is accurate and filed appropriately.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows.

Provide support and training to junior team members as needed.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators to management.

Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by providers or clients.

Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

Ensure all tasks are completed within the designated timelines.

Contribute to the overall success of the team by meeting individual and team goals.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.

Have experience in accounts receivables ensuring accurate tracking and recording of payments.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills for effective interaction with providers.

Show attention to detail in maintaining accurate documentation and compliance.

Exhibit the ability to work collaboratively within a team to improve processes.

Display a proactive approach in addressing and resolving issues.

Have a background in the healthcare domain particularly in provider interactions.

Be capable of providing support and training to junior team members.

Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Show commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving team goals.

Demonstrate the ability to monitor and report on performance metrics.

Possess a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.

Certifications Required

Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) or equivalent certification preferred.
