Job Description for Payment Repairs / Investigation Specialist:

• Domain: Commercial Banking
• Payment/Bill processing specialist - We are seeking a Payments Specialist to manage, process, and optimize various financial transactions for our clients. The role involves processing transfers, handling payments for beneficiaries, managing Bill payment system, and overseeing cross-currency payments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with banking systems, and an understanding of payment processing requirements within a commercial banking environment.
• 2-6 Years of experience in Payment Repairs / Investigation Specialist

Job Description for Mortgage Servicing:

• A fulltime Graduate.
• 1-8 Years of experience in Australian Mortgages.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, loan processes and financial regulations in Australia
• Strong People & Process Management skills
• Good analytical, problem solving, organizational and communication skills needed
• Being Flexible for working in Australian Shifts
• Shift timing : 01:30 AM Onwards
• Computer literate and strong familiarity with credit financial analysis techniques
• Ability to effectively make decisions in an independent manner and availability as a resource advisor for all staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive in identifying potential concerns and follow-up to resolve such issues

Customer focused and Excellent Team Player/Strong Interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work in Night shifts.
• Mode of Salary credit should be through bank from all the employees (No Cash in hand).
