Job Title: Senior Process Associate

Experience: 2+ years

Location: Okhla Phase- 2, South Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions, including matching invoices with purchase orders and processing payments.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams via email to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely processing.
• Prepare and send daily status updates to clients or management regarding AP-related tasks.
• Assist in reconciliations of accounts, ensuring accuracy in the accounts payable process and resolving any discrepancies.
• Generate and maintain aging reports for accounts payable.
• Draft professional and clear emails for communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams as part of daily responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) for efficient communication and data management.
