Segment Marketing - Senior Manager
Mission :
Develop and drive best in class marketing plans for key target segments in India, focussing on growth and working closely with sales leaders, utilise a thorough understanding of the local market to ensure that Schneider Electric is successfully recognised as leaders within our target markets.
The segment marketing team member should be a results-oriented, energetic person who is passionate about finding new and creative ways to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our segment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive segment marketing plan working with segment sales and marketing teams and optimize to deliver key business metrics for sales and marketing which include brand awareness, demand generation, marketing generated and influenced revenue via omnichannel approach.
- Develops and execute hero product launch plans collaboratively with business stakeholders and marketing program manager.
- Create sales collaterals , customer testimonial and tools to enables the sale function and support business's sales.
- Performance Measurement: Manage and optimize paid advertising, ABM campaigns across various platforms, including search, social, display network and customized email drips. Conduct A/B testing and multivariable experiments to improve conversion rates and other key performance indicators. Create and manage a growth marketing dashboard to track and report on performance metrics.
- Create demand and accelerate existing pipeline with targeted marketing techniques and fill a pipeline of leads for sales teams to develop.
- Acquire CXO and relevant contacts in targeted segments and create deep engagement through structured ABM campaigns.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Engage in constant interaction with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt alignment, timeliness, communication, and flawless execution of all marketing activity.
- Communicate growth marketing plans, results and key learnings to leadership on a quarterly basis.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and other marketing metrics basis the feedback.
The candidate must have:
- Creativity, and a high degree of initiative and proactive management.
- Ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
- Flexible and fast learner who is coachable with a drive for continuous improvement
Essential skills, qualifications:
- Minimum 8-10 years B2B marketing communication, segment marketing, or strategy experience
- Creative thinker with a growth hacker mindset, able to generate new ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and metrics.
- Experience and interest in energy or sustainability industries strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with A/B testing, SEO, marketing automation, analytics platforms and managing paid campaigns a plus.
- Strong project management skills, with experience using workflow management platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and budget management skills.
