Job Description
- Solution Architecture
- Design and architect scalable, highperformance solutions leveraging OmniStudio and Vlocity capabilities.
- Define best practices and guidelines for implementing solutions to meet business needs and technical requirements.
- Engagement Leadership
- Lead multiple engagements where OmniStudio and Vlocity are utilized , ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions.
- Technical Expertise in OmniStudio & Vlocity
- Drive the effective use of OmniStudio tools such as OmniScripts , DataRaptors , Integration Procedures, and FlexCards .
- Leverage Vlocity s industryspecific solutions to deliver business value for industries like Communications, Insurance, and Utilities.
- Salesforce Platform Expertise
- Ensure seamless integration of OmniStudio and Vlocity components within the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
- Utilize Salesforce capabilities such as Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and APIs to complement OmniStudio and Vlocity solutions.
- Governance and Standards
- Establish solution governance processes and maintain architectural standards for OmniStudio and Vlocity implementations.
- Document and maintain architectural artifacts, including design blueprints, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with Salesforce and Vlocity updates, releases, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing existing processes and solutions.
- Mentorship and Leadership
- Mentor and guide development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and highquality deliverables.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, offering technical expertise and strategic insights.
