• Formulate ensure adherence to relevant design integration principles

• Lead expert level discussions on holistic end-to-end and macro levels

• Define approaches how to integrate target applications in the absence of standardized integration means

• Review suggest improvements to existing application components code artefacts

• Be cognizant of security threats, specific to Identity Management/Administration solutions, develop drive the implementation of effective preventive mitigating measures

• You will be key for planning and turning the Identity vision of the company into reality

• Connect with different application teams and promote product vision

• Responsible for all technical aspects of the Identity Administration product, including ownership for its technical components and code

• Identify, assess and drive the integration of new applications into adidas Identity Governance Administration platform

• Frequently identify, design and deliver useful automations and new use cases

• Design, review and optimize technical aspects like CI-CD, observability, alerting, automated functional security testing

• Conceptualize and visualize custom user interfaces for the Identity Administration product

• Guide and mentor progressively a team of internals externals

• Strive towards best-in-class quality in all aspects of your related areas of responsibility

• Closely collaborate and deliver technical capabilities to other Information Security products, in particular Identity Governance and Privileged Access Management

• Integrate and re-use capabilities of other Information Security products to render your product more effective and better protected

• Frequently connect with other roles/peers in the Identity Administration product to ensure a great end-user experience

• Plan and enable the product roadmap in close alignment with the product owner

• Support the IGA product owners in calibrating their product strategies

• Ensure all product related infrastructure is regularly security verified

• Integrate continuous security quality validations in all delivery operational aspects

• Act as the escalation point for issues in your area of responsibility

• Possess thorough technical understanding on all aspects of the product and its components

• Plan major activities (like upgrades) with minimum to no service impact along with IGA operations manager

• Ensure internal and external standards and compliance requirements are met

• Help resolve Identity Access related audit findings

• Establish and maintain suitable dashboards, KPI s and documentation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 9+ years of demonstrated successful and progressive experience in Information Security, including at least 6+ years in Identity Management

• Hands-on experience with IGA products and technologies required

• Proven track record in identifying and resolving architectural challenges, specific to complex IGA installations and products

• Clear understanding of non-technical business requirement and ability to translate them into technical use-case is required

• Ability to solve multi-dimensional problems (technical / analytical / algorithmic / management) is required

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in computer science, Information Security or related field is required

• Self-Motivation and very high quality and time commitment for delivery is required

• Ambition to achieve best optimized performance for the IA product is required

• Security technology certifications preferred but not mandatory

• Sound knowledge of coding standards and security standards is required

• Background with strong development skill with different languages like Java, Java script, C, PHP is required

• Sound understanding of web technologies including UI framework is a plus

• Experience with CI/CD practices and related tools is required

• Knowledge of new/developing technologies like AWS, GCP, Azure is required

• Strong teamwork and ability to work with different type of stakeholders

• Experience and expertise with effort and time estimation is required

• Technical advisor and problem solver

• Understanding about the importance of self-initiative and proactive approach on recurring activities

• Experience preference to work in a global, diverse, and inclusive organization
