Senior Executive Human Resource

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for site employees, ensuring smooth onboarding, handling exit formalities, and coordinating with third-party vendors. This role includes sourcing candidates, generating offers, conducting negotiations, managing induction and orientation, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The position also requires the preparation of weekly/monthly MIS reports and occasional travel to site locations as needed.

• Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws applicable to site employees and third-party workers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, for preparing reports.
• Ability to work independently and travel to different site locations when necessary.
