Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive HR

Role & Responsibilities

• Finalisation attendance sheet
• Sub contractor bill checking
• MIS generation
• Working on minimum wages
• Computation of bonus, EL, Gratuity, OT, Arrears & Comp Off
• Updation of labour laws
• Working of PF, ESIC, P.Tax, Gratuity
• Handling the IR issues
• Handling the workers compensation & benefits
• Handling union issues
• Coordination with Sites and ROs

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in payroll.
• Experience in PF, ESIC, P. Tax, Gratuity, LWF, Statutory compliance, Factory Act, Labour laws, Contract labour laws.
• Expertise in Advance Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Tables, If, Sum If, Count If, etc.) is mandatory.
• Experience in handling IR issues and Labour union (mandatory)
• Willingness to Travel PAN India (mandatory)
• Immediate to 15 days notice period is preferred.
• Male candidates preferred.
