Role & Responsibilities:

• Facility Management
• Budgeting and Cost Control
• Employee Engagement & Welfare
• Security Management
• Transportation Management
• Canteen Management

5S and Housekeeping Management :-

• Regularly conduct 5S audits and coordinate with department heads to maintain and improve workplace
• Supervise and manage the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness across the plant, including offices, production areas and other common spaces.
• Develop and enforce daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules to ensure high standards of hygiene.
• Ensure timely replenishment of cleaning supplies and consumables.

Office and Administrative Operations:- Manage all office supplies like stationary, Courier, water, Photo copier machine & ensure all equipment is in working condition

Guest Receiving and Hospitality:-

• Manage the process of receiving and hosting guests, visitors, and clients at the plant.
• Coordinate with office boy to ensure all visitors are welcomed professionally and directed to the appropriate departments.

Compliance and Documentation :-

• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to plant operations, safety, and environment.
• Maintain documentation related to administrative operations, contracts, and vendor management.

Individuals from the Manufacturing field is a plus.
