Qualification: Minimum Graduate in accounts/finance background is Mandatory

Job Description

Basic Function

• Daily Cash Report
• Bank Fee Analysis
• Audit Support
• AR Investigations
• Concur new hire, audits and terminations
• Prepare funding requests for Intl locations (Concur)
• Statement Retrieval
• Treasury experience relating to Parent Co and Subsidiaries
• Verifying debits and checks cleared to JDE and issuance files
• Update monthly Trail Balance
• Reconcile JDE spend file
• Validate currency conversions
• Validate voucher vs payment reconciliation
• Assist with RFP preparations and aggregation of results

Essential Functions

• Thorough understanding of Treasury Functions
• Should possess required AP Vendor and AR Customer transaction flow for funding requests
• Participate in clarification and feedback calls with client
• Support the team by sharing the workload and assist in achieving the SLAs
• Come up with process improvement ideas
• Undergo refresher trainings to stay in touch with the process knowledge
• Undergo cross trainings to be the backup for other team members

Primary Internal Interactions

• Seeking feedback from Asst. Manager for clarifying concerns, seeking support on monthly evaluation of performance

• Clarifying queries, understanding expectations and getting inputs from Client SME

Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong PC skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly strong in MS Excel & Word which is a mandatory requirement
• Good typing skills with 30 to 45 WPM

• Identify and implement new ways to improve quality of work
• Coordinate with onsite team for month end close activities

Education Requirements

Work Experience Requirements

• Overall work experience should be more than 2 years
• Hands on experience in Treasury / AP / AR
