Job Description
Position Type: Off - roll
Designation: Executive/ Sr. Executive - Billing
Job Location: Prabhadevi/ Chembur
Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Purchase order creation in Microsoft D-365 ERP system
2. Exploring market for vendor development, getting quotations from vendors for negotiation & comparison to finalise the vendor ensuring cost optimization.
3. Lead entire procurement cycle from purchase to payment & co-ordination with internal stakeholders, vendors & accounts team.
4. Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate timely delivery with the right quality & quantity with smooth procure-to-pay process
5. Identify cost saving avenues by negotiation & alternation vendor development.
6. Review, develop & execute the procurement strategies and to ensure the alignment with organisation & stakeholder.
7. Maintaining multiple trackers of the purchase order, vendor tracker etc.
8. Creating various MIS Reports related to PO Count, PO Value, TAT every month.
Other details:
Qualification: Any Graduation
Exp: 1 - 4 yrs
Candidate from Central Zone preferable
ERP: D365/ Dynamic 365/ SAP
Retail Industry candidate preferred
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Nothing ( At the time of joining I have joined and confirm to RCM (gaurav sarda ) reporting manager and Thief HR abhinav mantri when I join office but these guys update my doj 10 days later after my joining 10 days salary is not given by Aditya Birla group to these both person are incapable not fulfill their responsibility by perfection,
Hr is illiterate and rude , not guide about the joining process because he didn't know about the process of joining, Abusing on call , he make missed call once and blaming to new joiners that he called 10-15 times, and also told you want to do this job or not after the completing the every joining process from last 2 months these gu..Read More
