Engineer- D365 ERP And PowerApps Programmer

1. D365 ERP Management:

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  ERP solutions.
• Ensure the ERP system meets the business requirements and provides end-user support.

2. Communication:

• Serve as a point of contact for ERP-related inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide updates on ERP
  projects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure a clear understanding of
  ERP functionalities and changes.

3. MS Excel Proficiency:

• Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and managing ERP data.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track ERP performance and metrics.
• Develop Excel-based tools to enhance data accuracy and efficiency in the ERP system.

4. Support and Training:

• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing and resolving ERP-related issues
  promptly.
• Conduct training sessions for new users and create training materials and documentation.
• Assist in the development of best practices and guidelines for ERP usage.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for system improvements and optimizations.
• Stay updated with the latest D365 features and functionalities and recommend
  enhancements.
• Participate in ERP system upgrades and testing processes.

Qualification

• Minimum 1+ Years of experience in PowerApps, Microsoft Dynamics, D365
• Familiarity with other Microsoft Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power BI).
• Knowledge of ERP integration with other business systems.
• Btech / Mtech / B.Sc /M.SC
