Microsoft Dynamics sales & field service

Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Configuration:

• Lead solution design sessions, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes related to sales & services.
• Assist with configuration tasks, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Troubleshoot customizations and interface design issues.

Data Migration and Documentation:

• Contribute to data migration efforts, ensuring smooth transition to D365.
• Create functional design documents and interface design documents.
• Document gap analyses and provide recommendations for improvement.

Process Improvement:

• Analyze existing sales and service Processes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
• Propose solutions that enhance business operations.

Testing and Training:

• Participate in system and functional testing.
• Collaborate with the engagement team to ensure quality project delivery.

Qualification and Skill set :

• Bachelor's degree or Master degree in a Computer science, IT, Industrial Engineering and Business Administration.
• Minimum 3+ Years of experiences in Sales and services of Microsoft Dynamics is must.
• Strong understanding of Sales and Field Services.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
