Sr. Engineer - Contracts and Tenders

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure all tenders and contracts are accurately documented and easily accessible.
• Analyze tender opportunities relevant to Ohmiums business objectives.
• Coordinate and manage the preparation and submission of tender documents.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of tenders.
• Analyze contract and tender data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track contract performance and tender outcomes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure all contracts and tenders comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts and tenders.
• Collaborate with the legal team to resolve any contractual disputes or issues.
• Work closely with the sales, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract and tender inquiries.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Education and Skills Required: -

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-9 years of experience in contract management, tender coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with contract management software is a plus.
