Microsoft Dynamics 365 Level One and Two Support Consultants

Job Summary

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Level 1 and Level 2 Support Consultants who will be responsible to help the users across Sales, Service and Marketing modules.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with customers to help them use Microsoft's Dynamics 365 tools to streamline Sales, Marketing, and Service.
• Help the customers while managing the sales from lead to close, create sales collateral, track accounts and contacts.
• Help the customers while creating marketing lists and campaigns.
• Help the customers to track service cases and follow service cases associated with specific accounts or opportunities.
• Responding to customer support queries, logged via telephone, email and through our on-line customer support system
• Proactively Investigating Support calls and managing them through to completion
• Liaise with other Elite Dynamics Professional Services team and 3rd party software providers.
• Communicating with customers and 3rd Party suppliers
• Managing Support calls
• Managing SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and making sure there are no breaches
• Providing KPI reports to the Customer Service Manager
• Collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 support team and escalate issues as necessary
• Participate in the on-call after hours escalation support team rotation.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 product experience, especially with CRM modules Sales, Service and Marketing in a support and consultative capacity
• Experience supporting & training users on Dynamics 365 Platforms
• Excellent Communication and Customer facing skills
• Understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 stack
• Experience in a support and consultative role Support consultants provide specialized support services to businesses and organizations to assist with a range of critical operational functions.
