D365 Crm Tester

Primary Responsibilities

•Understand and analyze functional and non-functional requirements of the CRM system.

•Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements.

•Develop detailed test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on requirements.

•Identify test data requirements and prepare datasets.

•Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on CRM modules.

•Validate workflows, integrations, and data consistency across modules

•Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, ADO Board

•Retest resolved defects and ensure proper closure.

•Design and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium ,UFT for CRM testing.

•Maintain and update automation scripts as per system changes.

•Ensure CRM applications meet performance benchmarks.

•Validate custom workflows, reports, and dashboards.

•Integration Testing with third party applications

•Create and maintain test reports, defect logs, and status updates.

•Provide insights and feedback to the development team.

•Work closely with developers, project managers, and business users.

•Test CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365

•Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing.

•Knowledge of CRM workflows, APIs, and integrations.

•Additional skills :- Proficiency in testing tools like Selenium with C#, Postman, JMeter, or Ready API.

•Basic SQL knowledge to validate backend data.

•Domain Knowledge :- Understanding of sales, marketing, and customer support workflows in CRM systems.

Essential Skills

• Having an experience of3-4 years
• Having an Experience on Functional Testing (UI&API)
• Having an experience in Problem-solving, Modelling, Speaking, Critical thinking
• Design Test Strategy
• Having an experience in Stakeholder communication and project management and quality metrics and reporting
