Senior Engineer - PPC Team

Role & responsibilities:

Maintaining Daily , Monthly and yearly production Plan.

Should be well conserved with SAP (ERP), Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Hands on Experience in MRP SAP i.e. - MRP views, Analysis of demand generation, Material Scheduling.

Releasing production orders & Confirmations.

Consumption Analysis i.e. - BOM Vs Actual Consumption.

Expertise in Handling ECO/ECN.

Co-ordinate & Work cross-functionally with other plant teams like Project Management, Sales, I &C (On-site Installation teams), Dispatch, Supply chain, Quality, Engineering, and other stakeholders to improve production process.

Should have good knowledge in Inventory Controls Tools i.e. - ABC Analysis, Inventory turnover ratio.

Analyze Non-moving stock and find ways to salvaging the same.
