Ppc Engineer

The PPC Engineer will support the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process at our manufacturing plant in Pashamylaram, Hyderabad. This role involves assisting in production planning and control, materials management, and SIOP activities under the guidance of senior team members

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in analysing demand forecasts and updating the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to align commercial, supply, and financial planning.
• Assist in managing the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system and mitigating materials risks.
• Contribute to inventory management practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing methodologies and Kaizen events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Aid in maintaining accurate reporting of various performance indicators and management information systems (MIS).
• Assist in root cause analysis and contribute to corrective and preventive strategies with the Operations team.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management principles.
