Sr. Engineer/Engineer - Erection of Steel Structure - Railway Project

Job Summary: Overseeing the technical aspects of the erection of steel structures for the railway project. This role involves ensuring that all engineering work is carried out to the required standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the technical aspects of the erection of steel structures.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Engineers and other team members.
• Assist in resolving any technical issues or problems that arise.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the erection of steel structures.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in engineering design software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
