Senior Designer - Web Analytics

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer – Web Analytics to join our team.

This role will focus on utilizing advanced web analytics tools to monitor and optimize user experiences, as well as develop insightful dashboards and reports to drive data-driven decisions within the company.

Responsibilities
Maintain existing GA4 and GTM implementation and documentation
Develop global dataLayer requirements for implementation in collaboration with developer and QA teams
Work closely with the client Product Analytics team to suggest best practices and solve ad-hoc requests
Participate in major Product Analytics sessions, displaying proactivity and enthusiasm
Develop and maintain team-facing and executive-facing dashboards to monitor KPIs for Consumer and Dealer solutions
Provide ad-hoc reports to teams and Executives as needed
Proactively identify experience optimization opportunities based on fluctuations in core Consumer and Dealer conversion metrics
Support teams in ongoing experience optimization testing for Consumer and Dealer tools
Requirements
5 to 8 years of experience in web analytics
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 360 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager 360 (GTM)
Experience with dashboard and data analysis tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, and Google Big Query
Familiarity with AWS Snowflake
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent English skills at a B2+ level
Nice to have
Experience in a leadership role within a web analytics team
Advanced certification in Google Analytics or related tools
Background in Consumer and Dealer solution industries
