Job Summary:

The Business Finance Professional will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's network expansion initiatives by providing financial oversight, ensuring cost control, optimizing project processes, and guaranteeing successful project delivery. This role requires a blend of financial expertise, project management skills, and strategic thinking. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, Network and Real Estate teams, and various other stakeholders in achieving growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Expansion:

- Collaborate with the Network and RE team to benchmark and evaluate the projects, develop and maintain financial models and business cases for new network expansion projects.

- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making in network growth

Project and Cost Control:

- Develop and manage project budgets in collaboration with project managers.

- Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for project tracking and performance analysis.

- Analyze cost variances and provide detailed explanations for deviations from budget.

- Work with procurement and operations teams to optimize costs through design optimization and negotiate with suppliers.

- Conduct regular cost reviews and propose cost-saving measures.

- Identify, highlight and mitigate potential financial risks related to projects.

Project and Delivery Optimization:

- Evaluate and improve project processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimization initiatives.

- Support project managers in planning and executing project delivery within budget and on schedule.

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all financial aspects of project delivery are addressed.

- Track project milestones and ensure financial aspects are aligned with project progress.

- Prepare post-project financial analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance, with a focus on project finance, cost control, and financial analysis, preferably in Supply chain or related industry.

- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.

- Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and strategic financial management, stakeholder and team management.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
