You would be responsible to

In this role, you are required to understand the business requirement, aggregate, organize, extract the desired data for the same

Analyse and build best-in-class BI Insights using the visualisation tool and communicate effectively using presentation skills

Maintain the analytical data pipelines

Customer facing role, working closely with business stakeholders

Drive insight led actionable to help achieve customer/business goals

Support Stakeholders in Business Reviews and key business initiatives for data driven decisioning

Build data connectors and source data from a variety of sources

Provide thought leadership, innovate & optimize

Skills that you should have

3+ years of Analytics experience.

University degree with a strong analytical/quantitative background or equivalent experience (e. g. Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science etc. )

Excellent working knowledge of SQL. Good to have hands-on Python knowledge.

Demonstrable experience of using data insights and analytics to add tangible value in achieving the wider goals and strategy of the business

Experience to articulate, translate, refine and prioritise business requirement into structured technical data requirement and conduct feasibility study

Excellent analytical problem-solving capabilities coupled with business acumen

Well organized and accurate with good time management

Experience working in Bigdata environment is beneficial but not essential

Knowledge of ETL/Data warehousing concepts are good to have

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience in Analytics Analysis and Design along with expertise in Industry Essentials. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of our systems ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to support business objectives.
• Oversee the analysis and design of complex systems ensuring they align with industry best practices.
• Provide technical expertise in Industry Essentials to guide project teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code ensuring it meets performance security and scalability standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal functionality.
• Mentor and support junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into development practices.
• Ensure all development activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Document all aspects of the development process ensuring clear and comprehensive records.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
