Job Description Data Analyst
Overview
This person is part of the DO Analytics Team. Responsibility includes understanding
the book of work done in CMT DO Analytics, Understand the DO Analytics team
structure, Various accounts/clients, know key stakeholders and Methodology used in
projects. Get hands on experience with DO Analytics platforms.
The Data Analyst team is responsible to develop, maintain different types of
databases, tables, table structure and schema, reports and reporting tools daily like
spreadsheets, PLX scripts, Dashboards, auto mailers etc. Reporting with internal
and external stakeholders and other team members as needed. This is a critical
team for the project as we deal with huge data regularly which is to be reported real
time to teams globally across various functions and teams like Operations, Program
management, Product data science, Data warehouse, Engineering, etc.

Experience
0-4 Years in Data analytics
Key Responsibilities
To collect, interpret and analyze critical datasets
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; detail-oriented, creative,
persistent, and self-motivated.
Ability to learn quickly
Reporting formatted results to the relevant members of the business
Identifying and highlighting patterns and trends in data sets
Required Skills
Experience with product analytics tools, such as Google analytics,
Google data studio
Basic understanding of SQL queries
Excellent critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good to Have Skills
Basic understanding of different programming languages
Data Analyst-II
Experience
4-8 Years in Data analytics
Key Responsibilities
To collect, interpret and analyze critical datasets
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; detail-oriented, creative,
persistent, and self-motivated.
Reporting custom formatted results to the relevant members of the
business
Identifying and highlighting patterns and trends in data sets
Working alongside teams within the business or the management team
to establish business needs
Defining new data collection and analysis processes
Designing statistical models, solutions and different types of
frameworks
Required Skills
Experience with product analytics tools, such as Google analytics,

Good with SQL queries
App scripting knowledge to automate sheets and documents
App scripting knowledge to automate regular emails and respective
contents

Key Responsibilities
To collect, interpret and analyze critical datasets
Interpret & Data Analysis Reporting Results using dashboards
Understand data and frame SQLs to collect, interpret and analyze the data to
derive meaningful insights
Excellent communication skills
Should be able to troubleshoot issues and resolve per agreed SLA along with
detailed RCA Review reporting infrastructure
Write SQL to create additional data sources, metrics and breakdowns
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; detail-oriented, creative,
persistent, and self-motivated.
