Senior Associate

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps and Linux and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure and contributing to the overall success of our technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of infrastructure solutions to support business operations

Provide expertise in DevOps practices to streamline and automate processes

Manage Linux-based systems to ensure optimal performance and security

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable infrastructure solutions

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime

Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations

Implement best practices for system security and data protection

Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvement

Support the development and deployment of new applications and services

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation

Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and tools

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in DevOps practices and tools

Have extensive experience with Linux-based systems and their administration

Demonstrate proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash

Show expertise in configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet

Have experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes

Understand networking concepts and protocols

Exhibit strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Possess a proactive and self-motivated attitude

Have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model

Have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in infrastructure technology.

Certifications Required

Certified DevOps Engineer Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
