Job Description
- Learn and understand LSEG s strategy across all business divisions - our customers, products, competition, market position and the key challenges facing the organisation
- Blend business and technical knowledge to develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain databases & visualization solutions that allow partners to consume insights
- Exploratory Data profiling & Operationalization of Data driven strategies
- Able to translate sophisticated, insight into what it means for the business, the so what , resulting in recommendations and positive outcomes.
- Ability to see opportunities for improvements in underlying data quality and reporting.
- Intellectual curiosity, strong reasoning skills
- Consultative, collaborative approach & positive attitude
- Excellent problem solving skills with a demonstrable ability to tackle problems and deliver insights to support the business
- Hands-on experience in SQL programming is preferred
- Experience of visualisation platforms such as Tableau and/or Power BI
- Understanding of how analytics and insights support the organisation
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with an ability to explain concepts
