Quality Analytics and Data Specialist

Job Requirements:

• Solid understanding of real-time financial content, with experience in FI TC and CORAX being a plus.

• Deep understanding of databases like EJV, NDA, and real-time systems.

• Strong logical thinking and attention to detail to handle complex tasks.

• Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to lead project teams in designing and implementing quality processes and improvements.

• Coordinate activities with division stakeholders to align with processes and operating models.

• 5+ years of experience in operations, including 2+ years in automation using SQL; Python coding skills are a plus.

• Ability to build metrics to measure client experience, focusing on accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

• Deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• Expertise in identifying and resolving complex data quality and integration issues; strong analytical skills are essential.

• Manage senior stakeholder engagements to identify problems, use cases, and communicate the business impact of projects.

• Take full ownership of projects, driving them to completion and overcoming any obstacles.

• Confident communicator with senior business and technical leaders, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for design, execution and maintenance of quality system processes at respective departments.

• Drive projects from start to end and support maintenance.

• Working with highly technical team members to articulate and get the project completed.

• Manage all level stakeholder engagements to discover problems and use cases as well as to translate business impact of ongoing and completed projects.

• Becoming an expert at certain content specific domains of knowledge and tools/techniques like SQL and Power BI.

• Able to quickly spot more subtle errors in data and analyses.

• Ensures that results are reproducible, correct and actionable.

Knowledge Skill

• Complete understanding of the data flow in content databases and product especially in FI TC and CORAX content sets.

• Solid relational database skills and SQL expertise and Power BI.

• Strong written, communication and presentation skills. Able to respond and present work to peers, partners, clients and answer in-depth questions, accept constructive feedback, and modify work product accordingly.

• Positive demeanor to learning new skills and technologies

• Knowledge of FI TC and CORAX content sets!

• Strong SQL Knowledge, Data Visualization using Power BI and Python experience!
