Job Overview: We are seeking multiple Analysts/Senior Analysts for various back-office functions, including payments, refunds, collections, and bankruptcy, for a top-tier US-based telecom client renowned as an industry leader in the telecommunications sector.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and complete assigned tickets to meet daily deliverables.
• Consistently meet or exceed target AHT (Average Handling Time) and maintain high audit scores.
• Ensure high occupancy rates and quality assurance standards.
• Identify and report process gaps for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on all aspects of assigned processes.
• Support special projects, such as testing new applications.
• Assist with new hire training as required.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in back-office operations.
• Prior experience in US-based telecom back-office operations is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
• Good communication skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Location: D - 3010, Solitaire Busniess Hub, Viman Nagar, Pune - 411014, Maharashtra, India

Mode of Work: Onsite / Work from Office (WFO)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week - Mondays to Fridays

Shift Timings: Day Shift - 11 AM to 8 PM  IST with slight flexibility which could be required at times
