We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Accounts Receivables

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Guide and support the AR team, ensuring smooth operations.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to streamline AR processes for better efficiency.
• Invoice & Payment Management: Oversee invoicing, payment collection, and recording.
• Dispute Resolution: Address complex payment issues and disputes, potentially using direct communication (voice calls) when needed.
• Monitor & Track Outstanding Invoices. Ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments.
• Customer Communication Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels to resolve payment issues.
• Billing Dispute Resolution Investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate payments.
• Collections Strategy Implement effective collection processes to reduce outstanding receivables.
• Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams for smooth payment processing.
• Reporting & Analysis: Create reports for management on account status and aging.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments, including Sales and Finance, to address payment-related issues.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure all AR practices follow legal and company standards.

Experience

• An experience of 8 years +

Minimum qualifications

• College degree in Finance or Accounting. B.COM/BBA (Graduate in Accounting/Business Management/Finance)
