We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Accounts Receivables

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management Support: Assist the AR Manager in leading and supporting the AR team, ensuring efficient task execution and meeting department goals.
• AR Process Supervision: Oversee invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation activities to ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
• Customer Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing payment-related inquiries, disputes, and payment plans over the phone.
• Dispute Resolution: resolve payment issues/chargebacks or disagreements with customers while maintaining positive relationships.
• Collections: Track outstanding invoices and follow up with customers for timely payments, contact customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to resolve payment issues, Investigate and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare AR reports and analyze payment trends, aging balances, and collections performance to help improve AR processes.
• Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve cross-functional issues and improve overall payment processes.
• Training & Development: Help train AR team members on invoicing, and payment handling.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to AR policies, financial regulations, and risk management practices

• Knowledge of automation tools and digital transformation in AR processes.

Experience

• An experience of 5 years +

Minimum qualifications

• College degree in Finance or Accounting. B.COM/BBA (Graduate in Accounting/Business Management/Finance)
